    3 c. white flour
    2 c. whole wheat flour
    3 t. yeast
    1 c. milk, fat free
    3/4 c. water
    1/2 c canola oil
    1/2 c. honey
    1 T. salt


Stir together 2 cups white flour and yeast. Heat milk, water, oil, and honey to very warm. Add liquid all at once to flour-yeast mixture. Beat till smooth about 3 minutes. Add additional flour and salt to make stiff dough. Let rest till double. Make 16 rolls and let rise about 15-20 minutes. Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
