    Bacon, 5.5 oz cooked about 12 slices chopped
    Egg white, 6 serving
    Egg, fresh, 2 medium
    Milk, 2%, .5 cup
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup chopped
    Bell Peppers, red, .5 medium chopped
    Zucchini, baby, 1 medium chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp minced
    Onions, raw, 1 small chopped
    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Potato, raw, 4 small shredded
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, chopped*Kraft Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend (2% Milk), 1 cup
    Green Chili Peppers, canned, 2 tbsp


Shred potatoes and spray a baking dish with oil and also coating potaotes bake potatoes 20 -25 mins until browned on edges 425
cook bacon crisp and drain of oil and pat dry to remove all extra oil from cooking then chop in to bite size pieces
then chopped all veggies and cook over low to med heat until broccoli is tender
add to potatoes and cover with mixture of eggs egg whites and milk sprinkle with the cheese and bake 20-25 mins on 350
