Ingredients

    * Butter, salted, .33 cup (remove)
    * *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    * Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
    * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)

Directions

mix flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon in bowl until combined. Next melt butter in separate pan and add to flour mixture. beat the two eggs in another bowl and add to the flour mixture. Mash bananas and mix all together to create a thick dough. Place dough in nonstick loaf pan sprayed with Pam, and place in 350 degree oven for approx 50 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
