Ingredients

*Best Choice Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen), 16 oz (remove)
Fresh Express - Mediterranean Supreme Salad, 2 serving (remove)
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.5 head, small (remove)
*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 dash (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Season both sides of defrosted chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder & onion powder.
Spray a medium size skillet with PAM or similar cooking spray, raise to medium-low heat. Place chicken in skillet, cooking each side about 12 minutes or until cooked through (check to make sure they don't get too brown before the 12 minutes is up).
Chop up lettuce and add to the pre-made Fresh Express salad. Add in provided croutons, dressing, etc. Toss.
Slice the grilled chicken. Plate your salads, with the slices of chicken on top (1/2 the salad + 1 chicken breast = 1 serving).
