    1 15 oz can of Garbanzo Beans - drained and rinsed
    1 12 oz bag - chocolate chips
    2 Eggs
    1/4 cup - Egg Beaters, original
    3/4 cup - Splenda
    2 cups - Coconut, sweetened
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 cup quick oats

    Mix the following and drizzle on top after the bars cool:
    Powdered Sugar, 1/2 cup
    2 tsp of 2% milk or lower fat if you have it!


In a food processor or blender, blend the drained chick peas, add the eggs and egg beaters, blend together. Place in a mixing bowl, add the splenda, baking powder and salt, blend together...add coconut

Place the chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave to melt., once melted add to the mixing bowl, mix together, add oats

...(you may also add nuts, raisins, or other dried fruit, but adjust the recipe to account for the calories.)

Mix in a prepared cake pan. (9 x 13)

If you prefer a little more moisture, add 4 oz of unsweetened applesauce.
