Ingredients

    11.2 oz package Bear Creek Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix
    32 oz carton Harvest Farm Chicken Broth
    4 cups Water
    6 ounces fresh, raw Broccoli
    3/4 cup chopped Onion
    3 oz baby Carrots, grated
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Yield: 10-1 cup servings

Put chicken broth & water in a big nonstick soup pot/pan. While this is coming to a boil, steam broccoli. Once broth/water mixture is boiling, turn to simmer & whisk in soup mix. Once broccoli is steamed, cut or tear it into large pieces in soup. Add chopped onions, grated carrots, and garlic powder. Put a lid on pot and cook on low or simmer for about 40 minutes. Stir ocassionally.
