    2.5 lb - Beef chuck
    2 cups - Water, tap
    1 tsp - Worcestershire Sauce
    2 Bay Leaves
    1 tsp - Garlic
    1 med - Onions, raw
    11/2 tsp - Salt
    1/2 tsp - Paprika
    1/4 tsp - Pepper, black
    Dash - Allspice

    1/4 cup - Flour, white


Cut beef in 11/2 inch cubes and brown in dutch oven coated with a cooking spray. Add water and the next 8 ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2 hours stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove bay leaves

Skim most of the fat from liquid. Add some water and the flour and add to the sauce to create a gravy. Stir until thickened.
