    * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    * Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
    * Mackerel (fish), 4 fillet
    * *Soy Sauce, 1 tsp


Heat broiler lined with double thickness aluminum foil.
Heat oil in skillet and saute peppers and onions about 10minutes.
Broil fish skin side down about 7 minutes.
Stir soy sauce into pepper mixture and puree in blender. Spoon puree onto plates and top with fish.
