Ingredients

    1 1/3 c coconut
    1/3 c sugar
    3 T flour
    1/8 t salt
    2 egg whites
    1/2 t almond extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 325.
Mix coconut, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir in egg whites and almond extract.
Drop by teaspoonfulls on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Remove immediately and cool.
