Ingredients

    1 Package Louis Kemp Crab
    1/2C Frozen carrot & peas
    1C Milk
    1oz V8
    1oz Red Wine
    4 C Water
    Seasonings
    Maggi Creamy Seafood Soup Mix (1 pouch).

Directions

Prepare soup according to package directions (w/4 cups of water). Add any spices you want along with frozen veggies, V8 & wine. Garlic, bay leaf, whatever. As it simmers, shred crab. Add crab. After simmering a few more minutes, add milk. Serve.
