Great for breakfast or a quick snack. They taste just like pancakes! Great for breakfast or a quick snack. They taste just like pancakes!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 cup sugar-free syrup
    2 Tbs. light margarine
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    1/4 cup low-fat milk
    2 egg whites
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts


Mix all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Mix all wet ingredients and sugar in a large bowl. Gradually add dry to wet. Fold in walnuts. Spray muffin cups with non-stick spray. Pour batter in muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
