Number of Servings: 3


    - One can of black beans
    -.5 cups brown rice (uncooked_
    - Red and yellow (or green) bell peppers
    - Half a medium onion
    - Half a teaspoon of olive oil
    - 1 tablespoon garlic
    - Salt and pepper to taste
    -Cayenne pepper to taste


-Saute red peppers and onions in olive oil until soft, and add garlic half way through.
-Add salt and pepper when veggies are done
-Add can of black beans and stir
- Add cayenne and stir
-Stir occasionally while cooking for 7--12 minutes
-Serve with cooked brown rice
