The base ingredients for risotto The base ingredients for risotto

    1 cup rice (dry)
    2 Tb olive oil
    1 fl oz wine
    4 cup vegetable broth
    3 cloves garlic


Heat olive oil, add rice and stir. Keep stirring and heating till most of the rice looks whiter. Add wine and stir. Add broth 1/2 cup at a time till rice is creamy and chewy. Add garlic towards end, like when there is only 1 cup veg broth remaining.

Add additional ingredients as you choose at the end
