    Small Container Plain Yogurt
    1.5 cups blueberries, frozen
    1.5 cup mango, frozen
    .25 cup milk
    2 scoops or 5 T. EAS, Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
    1t. vanilla extract


Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Freeze leftovers for later. Microwave leftovers for one minute to soften up enough to eat.
