Ingredients

    Steel Cut Oats, dry, 1 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, .5 tbsp
    Muscle Milk Vanilla Protein Powder, 4 scoops
    Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a crockpot sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Set on low for 6 hours. Add berries & walnuts when serving if you want.
