This results in quite a thick smoothie. Pomegranate juice or low-fat milk can be added if you don't want it so thick, or simply replace some of the frozen fruit with fresh fruit.

Ingredients

    Blueberries, frozen
    Cherries, frozen
    Peaches, frozen
    Silken tofu
    Soy milk
    Peanut Butter

Directions

Starting with the tofu and soy milk, add ingredients a little at a time to blender, pulsing to crush frozen fruit, then blending until desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.

This recipe lends itself well to freezing. Just pour into a plastic tumbler (glass may crack) and set in freezer until you're ready for a delicious frozen fruit treat.
