    12 ounces ground sirlion
    3 1/2 ounces egg noodles, uncooked
    1 3/4 cup 1% milk
    2/3 cup onion, chopped
    4 ounces canned mushrooms, no salt added, drained
    1 tablespoon worscestershire sauce
    4 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    1/4 teaspoon lite salt mixture (Morton)
    1/2 cup low fat sour cream


1. In a hot skillet brown the ground sirloin and the onion. Remove meat mixture from the skillet and keep warm. In a seperate saucepan begin heating water to cook the noodles. Preheat the oven to 350.

2. In the skillet add the milk, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt, Bring to a boil slowly, stirring frequently. In a small dish spoon the cornstarch, then pour about 1/3 cup of the hot milk into the cornstarch. Stir to combine. Slowly pour the cornstarch into the milk mixture, stirring continously until the mixture begins to thicken slighlty. Add the sour cream, return the meat mixture and stir to combine. Cover and reduce heat to simmer.

3. When the water in the sauce pan boils, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes. Drain. Note: the noodles will not be done.

4. Add the noodles to the meat mixture and stir to combine. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
