    Flat-Out Multi-Grain Wrap
    Romaine Lettuce, 4 leaf
    Onions, 1 slice, thin
    1 plum tomato
    Boneless Chicken Breast (about 1 qtr)
    Kraft 2% Shredded Colby & Montery Jack Cheese, 0.15 cup
    Red Wine Vinegar, 1/2 tsp.
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tsp.
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Make your salad with the lettuce and other salad stuff toss with Olive oil & vinegar and salt & pepper. Lay on Wrap top with chicken & cheese. Roll it up and enjoy.

Any left over salad is just as delicious as the wrap and so light and low in carbs and calories that it can be eaten by itself as a side.
