    10 chicken theighs
    2 cups Broccoli, cabbage
    1 cup of each-mushrooms, carrots, red bell pepper
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    1 tbsp EVOO
    1cup brown rice


1. Marinaide the chicken overnight in teriyaki sauce then cook in ronco or bake on a rack in the oven. When done and rested (about 15 min) cut into bite size pieces.
2. Saute vegi's in hot olive oil. When the vegetables are just tender mix together with chicken and serve over brown rice.
