Ingredients

    1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
    2 lbs lean ground beef (or turkey)
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    2 slices of bread, torn into crumbs

Directions

Mix all ingredients large bowl until well blended. Shape meat mixture into a loaf and place in foul-lined baking pan or 9x5 loaf pa. Bake in 375 oven 1 hour or until cooked through. Serves 10
