    # Atlantic Salmon (fish), 400 grams (remove)
    # Bread (Hasade) 33gr/srv, 27.5 gram (remove)
    # Scallions, raw, 15 grams (remove)
    # Jalapeno Peppers, 0.5 pepper (remove)
    # Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    # Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
    # Lemon Juice, 0.5 fl oz (remove)
    salt to tast

    *Replace salt and jalapeno with Sweet Thai Chilli 25g-2tbsp, 12.5 gram(s) (remove)


Place salmon in a food processor; pulse until coarsely chopped. Add breadcrumbs and next 5 ingredients; pulse 4 times or until well blended. Divide salmon mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a thick pattie.

Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add patties to pan; cook 2 minutes. Carefully turn patties over; cook 2 minutes or until done.
