    3 Tsp Garlic
    1 Tbsp Oil
    1.2 Kg Pork Mince
    6 Tsp Tomato Paste
    350 Grm Pasta Sauce
    3 Tsp Salt
    2 Tsp Black Pepper Corns
    6 Whole Bay Leaves
    400 Grm Tinned Diced Tomatoes
    4 Tsp Cumin
    1 Tbsp Basil


Dice and brown onion & garlic
Add & brown mince
Add the rest & simmer
Simmer for 3 hrs whilst topping up with water
