    12 Large Eggs
    1 T Spicy Mustard
    2 T Mayo
    2 T Light Mayo
    Adobo Seasoning to taste
    Paprika for garnish


Makes 24 Servings

1. Boil eggs, let cool, and peel.
2. Slice lengthwise, place yoke into a bowl and place on a tray.
3. Mash yokes into a powder, add mustard and wisk in mayo a little at a time to get the right consistancy, it should be thick and creamy.
4. Add Adobo to desired taste.
5. Place mixture into a zipper bag and snip a corner of the bag.
6. Pipe mixture into middle of the egg white, end with a little peak.
7. Sprinkle with Paprika for garnish.
