    1 medium orange cut into pieces
    1 cup of sliced strawberries
    1 banana sliced
    2 Tbsp of low calorie vanilla yogurt
    1 Tbsp of poppyseed


Place all cut fruit in a large bowl and toss with the yogurt and poppy seed. Serves 1-2 people
