I didn't use the hominy (because I don't know what that is and wouldn't know where to find it in the grocery store), but it still was awesome. Low calories, great taste! - 9/6/09

    Very Good
Very good! Very satisfying on a cold winter night. I used barley instead of hominy. - 10/28/11

    Incredible!
Very good, I used 4 cups of low-sodium veggie stock. All of the canned stuff was of the no sodium variety as well. I substituted sirracha for the worsheshire, and added a ton of spices. Yummy!! - 2/18/10

This may be a delicious recipe but it is not purely vegetarian. Worcheshire has anchovies in it, so if you are a true vegetarian or vegan you should omit the sauce. - 10/17/09
