    1 Stick Butter, unsalted
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
    1 Cup Pecans, chopped
    10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, partially thawed
    3 egg whites (unbeaten, room temp.)
    1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
    1 (8oz.) Cool Whip Free
    1 Cup Sugar


Combine crust ingredients and press into 9X13 pan. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes stirring every 5 minutes. Reserve 1/3 cup of crumbs and spread remainder evenly in pan. COOL CRUST COMPLETELY. In large bowl combine strawberries, eggs, and sugar, lemon juice. Beat 15 minutes on high. (Don't be afraid to over beat) Fold in cool whip. Pour over cooled crust. Sprinkle with remaining crust crumbs and place in freezer. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
