    1 1/4 cups uncooked quick oatmeal or old-fashioned oatmeal
    1 1/4 cups flour
    1/3 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1/4 cup oil
    3/4 cup fresh blueberries or frozen blueberries

    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon


1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2Combine oats, flour, 1/3 C sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
3In another bowl, combine milk, egg and oil.
4Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix until moist only.
6Fold in blueberries.
7Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
8Mix topping ingredients.
9Sprinkle over muffin batter.
10Bake 20- 25 minutes.
11Serve warm.
