Ingredients

    1 - 46oz can of Unsweetened Pineapple juice.
    1 - pkg. Sugar Free Tang (makes 1.5 quarts)
    2- 2 Liter bottles of Diet 7up
    2 cups of water

Directions

Open the Pineapple juice and pour into a 1 gallon pitcher. Add one individual package of SF Tang (there are 4 pkg. per box). Stir well, add 2 cups of water. Add the diet 7up just before serving. Makes 16 - 8oz serving.
I chill the pineapple juice and 7up ahead of time. It only takes a few minutes to mix up this punch.
