    1 large head Cauliflower cut into even pieces
    3 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1/2 tsp salt
    Ground black pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Cover baking sheet with foil.

Cut cauliflower into same size pieces, bite size. Place in a bowl and toss with olive oil and garlic.
Spread out in an even layer on foil lined pan. Sprinkle salt on, and fresh ground black pepper.

Bake in oven on top rack for 10 minutes. Then turn cauliflower over and bake an additional 5-10 minutes until brown and cauliflower can be pieced with a fork.
Serve immediately.
