    2 1/2 cups 1-inch pieces fresh rhubarb (about
    4 large stalks)
    8 oz fresh strawberries
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tbsp. grated fresh ginger


Combine all jam ingredients in a large saucepan; stir well to mash strawberries. Cover and cook over very low heat for 15 minutes. Remove cover and cook over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring frequently; let cool.
