Very low carb. Very low carb.

    .6 oz feta cheese
    5 slices cucumber diced
    1/8 c sweet pepper diced
    1/2 c cauliflower cooked and chopped in processor
    1/2 lemon juiced
    1 ts olive oil
    2 oz cooked chicken diced
    1 sm clove garlic minced
    minced herbs- mint, oreg., parsley
    sqlt and pepper to taste


Mix all to taste. Use what vegetables you have on hand. Carrots, tom., spinach, celery, radishes etc. would work.
