Just like stir fry, with a kick of heat! Just like stir fry, with a kick of heat!
Number of Servings: 4


    Low sodium soy sauce
    Lean Pork Tenderloin
    Yellow bell pepper
    Ground Ginger
    Sugar snap peas
    Dry roasted cashews
    Brown rice


Combine soy sauce, cornstarch and pork in a bowl. Season to taste with crushed red pepper flakes and marinate. Heat a non-stick skillet psrayed with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add pork and saute until almost done. Remove pork and set aside. Add pea pods, pepper, nuts, and ginger, stir to combine. Saute until slightly softened. Add pork to pan and saute until cooked through. Serve with Rice.
