    1 can Condensed Broccoli Cheese Soup, undiluted
    1 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 pkg (28oz) frozen O'Brien potatoes, thawed
    1 tsp. Garlic Powder
    1/2 tsp. Pepper
    6 oz Canadian Bacon, chopped
    1/4 cup shredded Cheddar


In a bowl, combine the soup, cottage cheese and sour cream. Blend with mixer until smooth.

In large bowl, combine the potatoes, garlic powder and pepper; stir in Canadian Bacon and soup mixture. Transfer into a 13x9 in baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 35 minutes before serving.
