    1 can (6oz.) salmon in water
    2 eggs
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1 small onion
    handful fresh cilantro, chopped
    olive oil


mix all ingredients minus olive oil. Then form into 4 patties, placing them in a hot skillet with olive oil. Cook until browned on each side.
