    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    1 1/2 cups cabbage, chopped
    1 cup zucchini, diced
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    1 oz. almonds, coarsely chopped
    2 tblsp cider vinegar (or your favorite vinegar)
    2 tblsp sesame oil


Stir vegetables, oil, and vinegar together. Top with almonds.

Mandarin oranges make a nice addition to this as well.
