Ingredients

    Can of navy beans (or great northern)
    about a quarter of a green bell pepper, sliced
    around a half cup of sliced mushrooms
    small sliced onion
    around 2 oz of lean ham, cut into small pieces
    2 tbs of canola oil
    .5 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp teriyaki sauce

Directions

using small skillet, warm oil and quickly brown meat
add fresh vegetables and seasonings let simmer until tender
add beans and allow to simmer for 10 mins
