This is great salsa with a different twist. This is great salsa with a different twist.
Number of Servings: 10


    3 Avocados (skin and Pits removed) cubed
    1 large tomato (cubed)
    1 Medium onion (cubed)
    1 Jalapeno Pepper (diced) 3 tbsp diced Cilantro
    Salt to taste.


Chop up avocados, tomatoes, onion into cubes or salsa like consitensy. Dice jalapeno and cilantor. Combine all into a serving dish and lightly stir to mix all ingredients together. Add salt (optional) to taste.

This is best if eaten right away as the avacados do go brown over the evening. If you do not like spicy salsa you can add half of the jalapeno (be sure to scrape out the seeds.) Or if you like it really spicy add more peppers.
