    Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, peppers (green, yellow and red), baby zucchini, whole wheat tortillas and light sour cream.


Cut the chicken breasts into strips and marinate in Fajita Marinade (I use the Wegman's Brand - it is delicious!) for a few days. Spray a stick-free large sautee pan in cooking spray and sautee the chicken strips for 5 minutes, add in your sliced peppers and baby zuccini and sautee until slight softened, add a couple tablespoons of the marinade as sauteeing. Place in warmed tortillas and top with two tablespoons of sour cream.
