    • 1-cup smart beat fat free mayo
    • 1-cup buttermilk
    • 1/4-cup vinegar
    • 1/4-cup fresh parsley
    • 2-tablespoons fresh chives
    • 2-tablespoons fresh oregano
    • 1/4-cup fresh basil
    • 1-tablespoon fresh dillweed
    • 1/4-cup minced onion
    • 2-tablespoons chopped garlic
    • 1/2-teaspoon paprika
    • 1-teaspoon salt
    • 1-teaspoon black pepper


(1) Mix all ingredients together in a blender and pulse a couple times.
(2) Refrigerate for at least 1-hour before serving to let flavors meld together.


YIELD: Ten 1/4-cup servings

  • Awesome salad dressing!!! I used greek fatfree yogurt instead of buttermilk! (I forgot to buy buttermilk. lol) I will definately being using this instead of storebought. It tastes better and is figure friendly!~!! - 6/7/08
