    2 cans sliced peaches with splenda(undrained)
    1 1/2 c. lowfat bisquick mix
    1 c. splenda
    1 stick light butter
    splenda and cinnamon mixed


preheat oven to 350 degrees. pour peaches(juice and all) in bottom of sprayed 9x13 baking pan. mix 1 c. splenda with bisquick mix and pour over peaches(do not stir). cut butter into thin slices and place on top of bisquick. sprinkle with a mix of splenda and cinnamon (to taste). bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until lightly browned. serving size 1/2 cup. eat warm or cooled, top with ice cream or cool whip.

  • Excellent recipe. I am always trying new recipes and since most of fresh fruit is not that sweet this year I decided to try the canned peaches and was pleasantly surprised. - 6/9/11
