    1/2 C. Lowfat cottage cheese
    1 Large Egg
    1/4 C. Oats
    1 T. Cocoa Powder
    1 packet Splenda
    Cooking spray


Fork "whip" cottage cheese till relatively smooth; add egg, mixing thoroughly. Add Oats, cocoa powder, splenda. Let stand for several minutes. Place in small baking dish sprayed with Pam or similar product. Bake for 7 minutes at 300 degrees.
Makes one very filling serving.
