    1 large egg
    2 slices light bread
    1 slice 2% American cheese
    light mayo


Spray small skillety with olive oil cooking spray. Warm pan. Cook egg. Salt and papper, as needed. Flip egg. While egg is cooking, toast the bread. Add cheese to the egg and turn burner off. Egg egg/cheese to the bread. Slice and enjoy.
