Ingredients
-
1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion
3 large carrots
2 large potatoes
To be added, as you wish: Worcesterchire sauce, spices, herbs, salt, pepper
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 325F
Make 8 thin beef patties
Dispose 4 of them in a greased baking dish for the oven
Put on each pattie big slices of onion
Add slices of potatoes
Do another layer of 4 patties, repeat with the onion and the potatoes.
Add slices of carrots here and there in between the beef patties.
Pour on the whole 1 can of condensed tomato soup and a full can of water. To taste, you can add Worcestershire sauce, basil, salt, pepper, as you wish. Anything you like to spice things up!
Put in the oven, with a cover, preferably greased, as it will splatter a bit. I use a square dish with a glass cover.
Cook about an hour and a half, until vegetables are just right.
Enjoy!
