Number of Servings: 4


    .5 lb of Whole wheat Angel Hair Pasta
    freshly grated pamesan
    12 large sea scallops
    8 sundried tomatoes sliced
    2 TBS. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    2 TBS Lemon Juice.
    Mediteranean Style.
    1 cup of white wine
    1 cup of Red , Yellow and Green Peppers , chopped.


While boiling Pasta
Sautee garlic and Peppers in olive oil
Add scallops and cook 2 min.
Add sun-dried tomatoes, lemon juice and wine.
Bing to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 min. or until scallops are done at desired texture.
Stir in Margarine and toss with Pasta.
Top with fresh grated Parmesan Cheese.
