Introduction

Lima beans were all i had but you can always replace with other veggies. Lima beans were all i had but you can always replace with other veggies.

Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat pasta
    1 cup lima beans (cooked)
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 tbs soy sauce
    wishbone salad spritzers italian dressing (about 12 sprays) you can use regular dressing too
    salt and pepper to taste
    cooking oil spray
    cornstarch(optional)

Directions

1. cook pasta according to directions on the box
2. while pasta is cooking add a generous spray of oil to another pan and cook garlic.
3. when garlic is cooked add beans, dressing, soy sauce, salt and pepper. when pasta is done add to bean sauce and mix well.
serve warm or cold
