    3/4 C Textured Vegetable Protein (TVP)
    Scant 3/4 C Water (for rehydration of TVP)
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 TBSP Cumin
    1 TBSP Chili Powder
    Dash red pepper
    1 TBSP Olive Oil
    1 TBSP Vinegar (or to taste)


Rehydrate TVP per package instructions with water. Mix remaining ingredients into a paste and mix with rehydrated TVP. Best after it sits for at least an hour. Refrigerate unused portion. Makes 3 approx. 70 gram servings.
