Another try at a pork chop meal with pasta, this time I used a lot of garlic and spices. Another try at a pork chop meal with pasta, this time I used a lot of garlic and spices.
Number of Servings: 2


    4 oz Barilla Plus Rotini
    7.5 oz Pork Chops
    1.5 fl oz Half & Half
    7.5 oz water
    1 cup Broccoli
    Mrs Dash's Garlic & Herb Seasoning
    Garlic Powder
    Red Pepper Flakes
    Flour or corn starch to thicken sauce.


Cook pasta according to package, drain.
While pasta is cooking, spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. Cut pork chops in small stripes and coat with Garlic & Herb Seasoning, garlic and red pepper flakes. Fry the pork chops until they're golden brown, remove from pan. Add half & half and water, bring to a boil and thicken sauce with flour or corn starch. Reseason sauce if desired.
Prepare broccoli according to directions.
Once all is prepared, add all ingredients in a large pot, stir, then serve.
