Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 packets brown gravy mix
    6 cube steaks

Directions

Mix soup and gravy mix together in a bowl.

Place half of soup mix at the bottom of crock pot, add cube steak, and then add remaining soup mix.

Cook on low about 8 hours, or on high for 4 or 5 hours.

My mom always dredged the cube steak in flour, and fried them just long enough to brown them before adding them to the crock pot, but I figured that just adds unnecessary calories.

I serve mine with a steamed vegetable, and mashed potatoes.

Makes 6 servings. 1 cube steak, and about 1/4 cup gravy to go with it.
