Number of Servings: 3


    Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad dressing, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, .5 tbsp
    Pinch of garlic salt or powder
    Beans, black, 1.5 cup
    Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup cooked
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .25 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped


Makes approximately 3 - 1 cup servings.
Cook brown rice according to package directions.
Whisk olive oil, Italian dressing, garlic salt and Fat free mayonnaise in medium bowl.
Add chopped vegetables and toss to coat.
Add black beans and brown rice and fold gently.
Refrigerate before serving
