    Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 2 breast halves, approx. 10 oz
    Pepper jack cheese slices, kroger, 5 slices
    Bolillo rolls, kroger bakery, 5 rolls
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced
    Green, Red, and Yellow Bell Peppers strips, 1 cup
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 7.5 tbsp (1.5 tbsp on ea. sandwich)


Slice chicken breast into 1 inch, thin slices. Spray skillet w/ olive oil spray. Add chicken, onion slices and pepper strips to skillet, salt and pepper to taste, and stir-fry until chicken is browned. Add teriyaki sauce, stir and simmer approx. 2-3 minutes. Meahwhile, spray inside of bollilo rolls with olive oil spray and grill in another hot skillet until golden brown. Spread mayo on both halves of the rolls, spoon 1/5 chicken onto each roll and a a slice of pepper jack. Enjoy!
